Lisa was pleasure to work with right from the first phone call to the day she delivered our framed sculpture. She was very friendly and professional when dealing with our little boy, and very clear and informative of the processes involved with making our order. If only customer service was so delightful everywhere we went! Tania and Shayne, my husband and I would like to say thank you to you both, for the impressions you took of our little girl Morgan. Being a first time mum, I was thrilled when Tania came to our house, she has a warmth, that makes all the decisions easy. I would just like to bring to your attention Jodie Grosskreutz the owner of your Mackay Franchise. I recently lost my large dog, Montey whom i loved more than life itself. I wanted something special to keep in his memory. I contacted a company here in Rockhampton who said they couldn't do it but informed of your company. I called Jodie, from the first moment of contact this girl couldn't do enough to help me. Anyone else probably would have put it in the too hard basket. She travelled from Mackay at 3am to Rockhampton to be able to fit doing Montey's impressions in before heading off to all her other appointments.  She was given the wrong directions by the funeral people and was lost in the bush. But she still didn't give up, in shocking heavy rain she found her way. Montey had been in cold storage by this time for 10 days and it wasn't very easy for her to get the impressions. The people from the funeral place said she just wouldn't give up until she got it perfect. She knew this meant the world to me. Besides all this she had to bring her two small children with her. By the time she arrived at my place to see what i wanted to do with them, i could see that she was stressed to the max but still was very professional and just worried about my needs. She has stayed in touch since, and Montey's paws have arrived back today. She called me straight away, sent pics and had such excitment in her voice. Such a genuine girl who loves what she does. I know this is her own business, and she is exceptional at what she does!  But she is part of your franchise and you should be very, very proud to have her as one of your franchise owners. Thanks to Jodie, i will have something of Montey to treasure and bring me great joy.

I would like to leave some very positive feedabck about Tammy Law (Darling Downs). I found great comfort in knowing that their are still people that take great pride in customer service. Tammy's professionalism and service well exceeded all expectations I had for Impressionable Kids. Her friendly, more than helpful mannor made it an absolute pleasure to do business with her. I would just like to express my thanks to Tania from Latrobe Valley/Cranbourne. Tania created a beautiful frame for my two sons (aged 7 weeks and 22 months).  The hand and foot sculptures were perfect, and they were framed beautifully.I couldn't have imagined it turning out as well as it has.  The frame is just precious, and the perfect way for me to remember just how small my babies were!Tania was friendly and extrmely helpful - and wonderful with the children; such an asset when making the casts for the sculptures!If we have any more children, I will definately call Tania to get another frame made up.Thanks again for your help.

I got a frame done for my baby boy about a month before Christmas and then my husband and I decided to get 2 more frames for the grandparents which mind you was 1 week before Christmas. I have recently had a hand/foot mould made for my young baby and found Impressionable Kids to be the most professional company that I have dealt with.  The service was prompt, friendly and the final products were fantastic.

Jacquie, finally I have had a chance to sit down and email you about Impressionable kids Latrobe Valley. When I first contacted Impressionable kids Latrobe Valley Some what 4 and a half months ago I spoke to a lady called Tanya. Part of their service was that they came out to me and having at that time a 3 month old, I was absolutely grateful and thought what a fantastic idea. Tanya spoke to me across the phone to me with a smile and nothing was too much for her. She was absolutely a fantastic lady, very family orientated and very patient with my questions and ideas. Shortly afterwards she came out to my home with her lovely daughter and showed me samples which becomes very confusing when you look at so many. Having a boy and a girl and wanting a hand and foot sculpture done for myself and my husband we wanted something nice for each of our children and ours would hang in the dining area. We also framed my daughters first ballet dress and that also looks absolutely stunning. Complimentary I received bags with their logo which I might add that I use all the time. Tanya gave us ideas and was very patient with me. She was a very caring lady who cared about people and that shone through when she spoke to my children and also had my little five year old girl smiling in amazement. When my treasures were delivered a few months later, I got to meet another one of Tanya's lovely daughters and once again nothing was too much. I couldn't wait to show hubby and all my friends that came to visit. I ended up getting a few weeks later another couple of plaques put into my hand and foot sculpture and Shayne, Tanya's husband picked up my frame and also delivered it back to me without any charge of which I offered to pay for. My experience with Impressionable kids Latrobe Valley was a lovely one and it is also wonderful to speak to nice people who care about myself and my family and really enjoy what they do. My son and daughter both have a hand and foot sculpture plaque on theit wall, my hubby and I have one as well and my little girl has memories of her first costume in dancing. These are treasures and memories of which this company have captured really well and I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. I will definitely call them again for any need/want I have in the future, that is a must. Thankyou Tanya and Shayne and family, you have touched our hearts and every time I look at these treasures it also reminds us of you.
